1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of www.akarbusinesscenter.com, operated by AKAR Business Center SARL. The website presents our workspaces and professional services. It also allows users to contact us, request a quotation, submit a booking enquiry or apply for a position.

3. Website access

Access to the website is free of charge. Users remain responsible for their equipment and internet connection costs.

We endeavour to keep the website operating properly. Access may nevertheless be interrupted or restricted for maintenance, updates, security purposes or because of technical incidents.

4. Workspaces and services

The website presents services including furnished private offices, meeting and training rooms, additional services and registered office services, depending on the offers available.

We aim to provide accurate and current information. However, availability, layouts, equipment and included services must be confirmed for the workspace and dates requested.

Photographs illustrate our spaces and possible layouts. Only the items expressly included in the accepted offer or agreement form part of the service.

5. Quotations and provisional booking requests

The website allows you to submit a quotation or provisional booking request. Submitting a request does not constitute a confirmed booking or guarantee availability.

Every provisional booking is subject to availability checks and written confirmation by our team. A booking becomes binding after this confirmation and fulfilment of the conditions stated in the offer, including acceptance of the quotation, signature of an agreement or payment of a deposit, where required.

The website does not accept online payments for services. Our team provides payment instructions and details in the relevant commercial documents.

Users must provide accurate and sufficiently complete information to enable us to process their request.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), unless otherwise indicated. The relevant offer specifies whether prices include or exclude tax.

The applicable price, included services, additional charges, payment deadlines and any required security deposit are set out in the quotation, booking confirmation or agreement. The price of any additional service must be agreed before that service is provided.

7. Changes, cancellations and termination

The rules governing changes, cancellations, postponements, refunds and termination depend on the service purchased. They are communicated in the applicable contractual documents before the customer commits.

These terms do not establish a single cancellation charge or notice period for all our services. If there is a conflict concerning a service, the specific terms expressly accepted by the customer take precedence over these terms, subject to mandatory legal provisions.

8. Use of the premises

Access to and use of the premises are governed by the relevant agreement, applicable access hours and the house rules communicated to the customer. Users must respect the professional purpose of the premises, occupancy limits, safety instructions, equipment and other occupants.

Using AKAR Business Center’s address as a registered office, business domiciliation address or establishment requires a specific contractual agreement. An enquiry or room booking does not grant any right to use our address for these purposes.

9. Website and account use

Users must not compromise the operation or security of the website, attempt to access data without authorisation, transmit unlawful content or misuse the forms.

Where an account is created, users must keep their login credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use of which they become aware.

10. Intellectual property

The website’s text, photographs, logos, graphics and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Unless authorised in advance or permitted by law, their reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Access to the website does not transfer any intellectual property rights to users.
